These Terms and Conditions govern the contract between the Customer and Betraven.co (operated by Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd) for the use of Betraven.co wagering services. By opening an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these rules. Self-ExclusionA voluntary or mandatory process preventing a customer from accessing their account or wagering due to safety protocols.
BetStopThe Australian National Self-Exclusion Register regulating licensed phone and online wagering systems. Deposit LimitA mandatory self-imposed or operator-imposed ceiling on the total funds a Customer can deposit over a defined period.
03General Terms & Governing Law
3.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved in accordance with New South Wales gaming regulations and court structures.3.2 Betraven.co reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 5.1 In accordance with Australian Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) laws, Betraven.co is legally required to verify the identity of all customers.
